DESCRIPTION: 

This training session has been prepared to ensure that all staff are fully up-to-date with regard to their statutory fire safety responsibilities 

COURSE CONTENT 

TARGET POPULATION: 

All Owners, Managers, Supervisors & Staff. 

COURSE AIMS 

LEARNING OUTCOMES 

At the end of this session participants will be able to: 

• List their obligations and that of their employerwith regard tofire safety 
• Describe actions to be takenin the event ofa fire occurring at work 
• Identifythe correct fire extinguisher for use on a range of different fires  
• Describe how fires occur and spread
• Describe how they can reduce the risk of fire occurring.
• Understand how they may reduce the threat of fire in their homes
• (where applicable) Understand the duties that are undertaken by the fire marshal.

TRAINING OVERVIEW 

COURSE DURATION: 

Theory = 4-5 Hours 

CERTIFICATION: 

Upon successful completion of the session questionnaire. 

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 

12 Maximum

For individuals or groups with fewer participants than the specified minimum, there will be a minimum call-out fee per session, ranging from £120 to £220 depending on the course. This fee covers the trainer’s time, course delivery, materials, travel (if necessary), and certification.
