DESCRIPTION: 

This training session has been prepared to ensure that all staff are fully up-to-date with regard to their statutory COSHH responsibilities. 

COURSE CONTENT 

TARGET POPULATION: 

All staff who may deal with chemicals or substances hazardous to health in the course of their duties. 

COURSE AIMS 

LEARNING OUTCOMES 

At the end of this session participants will be able to: 

• Understand legal obligations with regard to chemicals and substances 

• State consequences of poor chemicals and substances controls 

• Work safely with chemicals and substances within their working environment 

• Identify problems associated with chemicals used in their home environment.

Theory = 3 Hours 

CERTIFICATION: 

Upon successful completion of the session questionnaire.  

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 

12 Maximum

For individuals or groups with fewer participants than the specified minimum, there will be a minimum call-out fee per session, ranging from £120 to £220 depending on the course. This fee covers the trainer’s time, course delivery, materials, travel (if necessary), and certification.
