Programme Overview 

This programme provides a structured OSCE preparation and candidate support experience designed to help internationally educated nurses build confidence, familiarity, and readiness for the UK NMC OSCE. 

The programme combines:

✅ a final 10‑day on‑site period focused on structured OSCE‑style mock practice delivered in a controlled, educational environment.

✅ Programme duration: Typically 4–12 weeks, depending on individual learning needs

✅ The overall programme cost includes OSCE booking‑related administrative support and accommodation expenses. Any additional or excess charges will be communicated clearly in advance. 

✅ Candidates may bring their own meals. Refrigeration and microwave facilities are available on‑site. 

The 10‑Day On‑Site Mock Practice Period 

Many candidates value a final intensive preparation period shortly before their OSCE assessment. 

The 10‑day on‑site component is designed to provide: 

✅ structured OSCE‑style mock practice; 

✅ familiarisation with OSCE station flow and timing; and 

✅ formative feedback to support confidence and independent preparation. 

All mock activities are educational and formative only. 

They are not assessments, do not certify competence, and do not predict or guarantee OSCE outcomes. 

Our Experience 

Since 2020, Mentor Wise Magnate Ltd has supported internationally educated nurses through structured OSCE preparation programmes. Participants include both employer‑referred and self‑funded candidates. 

We work with employer groups who support candidates’ development pathways.  Employer collaboration does not constitute endorsement, assessment authority, or outcome guarantees. 

Many candidates come through peer referrals based on positive preparation experiences.
