This programme provides structured OSCE preparation and mock practice for Adult Nursing candidates, designed to support familiarisation, confidence‑building, and structured readiness for the UK NMC OSCE. 

The programme combines guided online learning with a 5‑day on‑site intensive period focused on OSCE‑style mock practice, delivered in a controlled, educational environment.

The 5‑Day On‑Site Mock Practice Period 

Some candidates prefer a shorter, focused on‑site preparation experience.
The 5‑day intensive sprint is designed to provide: 

✅ structured OSCE‑style mock practice; 

✅ familiarisation with Adult Nursing station flow, communication, and timing; and 

✅ formative feedback to support confidence and independent preparation. 

All mock activities are educational, formative, and non‑assessive. 

They do not certify competence and do not predict or guarantee OSCE outcomes. 

Experience & Candidate Pathways 

Since 2020, Mentor Wise Magnate Ltd has supported internationally educated nurses through structured OSCE preparation programmes. Participants include both employer‑referred and self‑funded candidates. 

Employer collaborations support candidate development pathways but do not constitute endorsement, assessment authority, or outcome guarantees. 

Many candidates also join through peer referrals based on positive preparation experiences. 

Upgrade Option – 10‑Day Programme 

Candidates who wish to extend their preparation may upgrade to the 10‑Day OSCE Preparation Programme, subject to availability.
