This training session has been prepared to ensure that all staff are fully up-to-date with the organisations and their own responsibilities with regard to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion 

COURSE CONTENT 

TARGET POPULATION: 

This is for all staff in need of Equality & Diversity training.  

COURSE AIMS: 

This course will enable participants to have a greater understanding of  Equality & Diversity in the workplace. 

LEARNING OUTCOMES 

At the end of the session participants will have an awareness of the following: 

• Equality and diversity at work 

• Key anti-discrimination legislation 

• The impact of discrimination on individuals and the community 

• Their legal rights and responsibilities 

• The benefits a diverse workforce can bring to healthcare organisations. 

TRAINING OVERVIEW 

COURSE DURATION: 

Theory = 3 Hours 

CERTIFICATION: 

Upon successful completion of the session. 

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 

12 Maximum 

Note: Please note that the prices listed on the website are for group discounts. For individuals or groups with fewer participants than the specified minimum, there will be a minimum call-out fee per session, ranging from £120 to £220 depending on the course. This fee covers the trainer’s time, course delivery, materials, travel (if necessary), and certification.
